Shipping Policy
Thanks for shopping with us at Bebeplum! We’re excited to get your goodies to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below are the details of our shipping policy:
🕒 Order Processing Times
Standard Orders:
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM (WIB) will be shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.
Please note: We do not ship on weekends or national holidays.
Launch Periods:
During new product launches, order processing may take 3–4 business days due to high order volumes. We appreciate your patience during these busy times!
📦 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
🚚 Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are automatically calculated and shown at checkout—easy and transparent!
💔 Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packing your order, but sometimes things happen during shipping that are out of our control.
If your order arrives damaged:
-Take clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
-Keep all original packaging.
-Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Unfortunately, Bebeplum is not responsible for damage or loss that occurs during shipping.
🔄 Pre-Orders
Here’s how our pre-orders work:
- Pre-order items are clearly marked on the product page, along with their estimated shipment date.
- Full payment is required at checkout, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
- Please note: Once a pre-order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
- If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, everything will be shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available (if you’d like to receive available items sooner, please place a separate order.)
- Due to packaging and fulfillment limitations, we’re unable to split shipments between pre-order and regular items.
🧾 Shipment Status
You can track the progress of your shipment through the following status updates:
- Unfulfilled : Your package has not yet been shipped.
- Fulfilled : Your package has been prepared and dispatched by our team.
