🔁 What is the return process?
To request a return, please contact our Customer Service team via WhatsApp: +62 858 9136 6436. Be sure to include your order number and photos/videos of the product’s condition, if applicable.
💔 Can I return a damaged item?
We're so sorry to hear that! Please send clear photos of the damaged item along with your order information to our WhatsApp number. We’ll review your case and help you with a resolution.
🚚 When will my order be shipped?
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM (WIB) are shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM are shipped the following business day.
- We do not ship on weekends or national holidays.
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your package is on its way. Delivery typically takes up to 7 business days, depending on your location.
Please note: Bebeplum is not responsible for courier delays outside our control.
❌ Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
➕ Can I add items to an order I already placed?
We’re unable to modify orders once confirmed. If you'd like additional items, please place a new order.
🧵 What if the item is faulty?
Faulty items due to manufacturing defects must be reported immediately upon receipt. Please send us a message via WhatsApp with your order info and product photos.
Note: Items reported more than 7 days after purchase will not be classified as faulty and may be considered normal wear and tear.
🏠 Can I change the shipping address?
Yes, as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Please contact us ASAP via WhatsApp to request a change.
📦 My package is stuck, can Bebeplum help?
We understand how frustrating that can be! Unfortunately, we only have access to the same tracking info you see. We recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier for the most accurate updates.
🔁 When will you restock items?
Once a collection is sold out, we typically do not restock those items. But don’t worry—we’re always working on something new! Follow us on Instagram @bebeplum.id for restock news, collection drops, and special offers.
🌍 Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only ship within Indonesia.
🏪 Do you have any physical stores?
We’re currently online only—but we’re always here for you, just a message away!
⏱ How long does delivery take?
Shipping begins once your order has been dispatched, and you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery time depends on your region. For detailed info, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
💳 Do you offer payment upon delivery (COD)?
No, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. All payments must be completed online at checkout.
