We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, but only under the following conditions:
- The item is defective in quality due to a manufacturing defect.
- You need assistance with repairing damage caused by customer error.

📌 Please note:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
- Change of mind or personal preferences (style, color, etc.).
- Incorrect size selection.
- General dissatisfaction not related to product faults.

✅ Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be returned within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Have all original tags and packaging intact.
- We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these criteria.

📦 Note:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective due to a fault on our part.

⏳ Important Timeframe
Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date.
- The return must be shipped back within the same 7-day period.
- Returns sent after the 7-day window or without prior notice will not be accepted.

🚫 Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout!

If a parcel is delivered to the wrong address due to customer error:
- Bebeplum is not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.
- Once a package is marked as “delivered,” we cannot reroute or recall it.
- If you wish to reorder the items, you will need to place a new order, and we cannot guarantee item availability.
